Lumby Health Foods is a community health food store and
cafe serving the Lumby, Whitevale, Lavington, Mable Lake
and Cherryville areas. Owner operated since 2006 the
store has become known for its very friendly environment
and helpful staff who assist customers on their healing
journeys to better living by providing healthy foods and
supplements. The snacks and lunches served from morning
till 3 pm have been referred to as "the healthy food
that tastes soooo... good!". The owners have been
involved in the food service and health industries for
years...Betty, 10-years as a health industry consultant
and Ron, 35-years as a professional chef and
restaurateur.
