Lumby Health Foods has a 24-seat cafe'/Bistro type restaurant and Cappuccino Bar where the daily blackboard menu offers soups, sandwiches, salads and a daily "hot item". The menu changes daily giving customers a reason to take lunch often throughout the week. Almost half the meals served are take-out which frees up the tables for the leisurely luncheoner. The meals served at Lumby Health Foods are, considered by many, to be the best in town.
